Fall and cooler temperatures are just around the corner. It's time to start thinking about family photo shoots. Be sure to share with your friends and family.

New Family Portrait
Last week I set out with the family to update our family portrait. We try to do this frequently, so everyone is pretty used to the process. For whatever reason the kids were super uncooperative this go round. I was only able to get one decent shot, and even that one I had to replace three of the four faces due to blinking, crying and even a derp face. I think the result was pretty good especially given the situation. If you're thinking about updating your family photos give me a call or shoot me an email, I'd love to help.
Beautiful Julia
I set out with the family this evening to try and take some new family photos. Unfortunately the kids were being super uncooperative. Amidst the chaos, I was able to get a great shot of my beautiful wife.
New Family Shoot
Some good friends recently had a baby and I was able to take some new family photos for them.

Self Portrait
I love Peter Hurley's headshot style. I thought that I would give it a go. Here is what I was able to come up with.
Payton's Portrait Shoot
Not wanting to be shown up by her brother. Here are a few shots of Payton doing her thing.
Tyler's New Portrait Shoot
Here's a few shots of Tyler hamming it up in front of the camera.
The One Thing
I recently did a "One Thing" photo shoot inspired by the work of the team at www.dearworld.me. The idea was for conference participants to share the one thing they would work on going forward. Below is my photo from the conference along with the lighting diagram. Enjoy.
