An Empty Memorial?
I recently had an opportunity to photograph many of the Washington memorials after dark. Much to my surprise there was still a good deal of people visiting these locations late at night. After a bit of photoshop work I was able to get the shot I had envisioned. Below is the final shot and a short photoshop layer break down.
